# Connecting Channels

Now that you have created the account, you are one step closer to setting up the platform. Let's connect your Channels to the platform to start interacting with your Customers.

**Connect a channel**

Navigate to Settings > Channels > Click on ADD AN ACCOUNT for the channel you want to connect.

Every Channel requires a different method of configuration. Therefore, we have prepared step-by-step instructions for Users to follow.
